Mahdi Nasimifar is working as an assistant professor in Isfahan University of Technology. He is a former senior research associate in the Turner Fairbank Highway Research Center located in Virginia, USA where he was offered a research fellow position by the National Research Council, administrated by the National Academy of Sciences, Engineering and Medicine.

He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Tehran in 2006, master’s degree from the Sharif University of Technology in 2008, and Ph.D. degree from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2015. His research interests include pavement management system, pavement structural evaluation and advanced pavement design and analyses.
